Keeping you informed about your fund(s) at the Foundation is a priority for us. The two main ways we provide you with information are:
1. MCF Donor Express
MCF Donor Express is the online tool for people and organizations with funds at MCF. It enables you to:
- track your funds. You can view all the gifts to your fund and all the grants you’ve recommended. You can also find out how much money is currently available for grantmaking. All information is updated daily.
- recommend grants. You can recommend a grant to a group you’ve already supported in just a few clicks…or recommend a grant to a new group.
- learn about new groups. You can explore MCF’s extensive database of organizations supported through the Foundation. Find out about what they do, see their financial information, and link to their websites.
- support special projects. Each month, MCF staff members prepare a special list of funding opportunities for donors only. It’s a way to make a difference and to learn about community needs and the groups addressing them.

2. Quarterly statements
You also receive a quarterly statement in the mail. This provides an update on the investment performance of the assets in the fund you have at MCF, along with details on gifts made to the fund and grants made from it.
