Policies for Use of Rooms:
  1. Eligible groups:  Only Marin-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) community groups can use the Foundation’s conference rooms.  No commercial use is permitted.

  2. Nature of the event:  Our conference rooms are designed to be used for meetings.  This means that gatherings that essentially require an open space (i.e., a room without furniture) will not be possible.

  3. Frequency:  Groups will be able to use our conference rooms a maximum of two times per month.

  4. Availability:  Conference rooms are available from 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your facility reservation at any time. In these rare instances, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can make other arrangements. If the event is cancelled by your organization, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may offer the facilities to another organization.
